Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kismet! All of our candles are handcrafted and shipped from a single location in the United States. Please read our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only. The following rates apply at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $4.00
- Express Shipping: $7.50
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $70.00 or more
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@kismetcandleco.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kismet is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
